Why should business leaders care about Physical AI?
I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately. Everyone talks about the AI race in terms of ChatGPT, Gemini, or whatever the latest model is , but there’s a whole other side to this story that doesn’t get nearly enough attention: the physical side.
China isn’t just competing in software. They’re building robots, manufacturing AI hardware at scale, and quietly positioning themselves to dominate the real-world application of AI in ways most people aren’t even tracking yet.
